Take the curved stone steps to the front door, and once you’re inside, pause to enjoy the colorful light streaming through panels of stained glass. Hang up your coat and purse. Slide your shoes off and take a breath. To the right, you’ll see the dining room, ahead of you, an open staircase, and your first glimpse of the living room.
