Just as soon as you pull up, this house communicates that it’s ready and set to become yours. Tidy landscaped beds bring a spot of color and a bit of life and cheer to the entry. They’ve been well cared for, just like what’s to come. The paved driveway is ready for your vehicles, the covered porch is ready for your rain boots (we’ll need them soon enough), and the 3-car garage is ready for your vehicles, bicycles, camping gear, woodworking supplies, and all that good stuff (but we’ll get to that after a while). The entry even lets you know it’s ready for the weather; a storm door includes a screen that can be pulled up or down for airflow or privacy. For now, wipe those shoes, kick off your sandals, and step into the front hall.
A very convenient half bath waits on your right. With two more baths upstairs, this is the one friends can head to on movie nights, the one for dinner guests, for people who pop-by unexpectedly (and they never need to know what state the “family” bathrooms are in—we’re not saying you don’t keep a clean bathroom, we’re just saying you can get away with it once in a while!). Just past the staircase you’ll find a coat closet (with crawlspace access under the floor) for tucking away shoes, jackets, bags, hats, umbrellas, or whatever else you carry in and out.
Living Room

We’re moving into fall here so it’ll be a little while until you appreciate it, but the homeowners installed air-conditioning to keep the house comfortable all year long. We’re known for rain here, but the summers do get hot enough to make people grateful for a cooling system. It’ll be ready when you need it.
Kitchen & Dining
This home was completed in January 2020, so it’s still fresh and new, but not only that, it’s been improved by the family calling it home. They added quartz counters in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms, added hardware to the cabinets for a more finished look, and selected a sleek waterfall counter for the kitchen island. The island not only offers a spot to pull up a stool for breakfast, it’s also built with additional drawers and cabinets for more kitchen storage. Stick your friends over there while you’re cooking, and give them a job to do. Why not? There’s room.
The tile backsplash is glossy and classic and the undermount sink makes wiping the countertop smooth and easy. The dining area is living an alternate life as a play area right now, and with the kitchen island that works just fine! If you plan on setting up your heirloom oak table with an extra leaf to pull out for holiday dinners, this room will welcome that too. Just imagine it all lit up with candlesticks flickering over the linens, and your favorite dishes on the table. What we like about this room is it’s flexible. It meets you where your life is now and lets you make it work. Whether you set up a table for two or a banquet for ten, we think you’ll like having the sliding glass door right there. It’s especially convenient if you’re cooking out on the patio, or need to let pets in and out.
Primary Suite with 3/4 Bath & Walk-in Closet
When you’ve finished exploring the main floor, take the stairs in the front hall up to the second floor where you’ll find all four bedrooms including the primary suite. The suite is fresh and calm with clean finishes. Stringless blinds are ready in the west-facing window and air conditioning keeps even the upstairs rooms comfortable in the summer months.

Although we’re visiting it last, you’ll find it first on the left, just past the bookshelf at the top of the stairs. As you can see, there’s plenty of room for a full-sized washer and dryer set with shelving for detergents and other supplies above. Just don’t get too attached to this particular set as they’ll be moving along with the homeowners.
